Shipping Policy

US Domestic Shipping: Fiber Knit Sport Masks are shipped from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida within 3 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days. 

Expedited shipping typically arrives in two business days, and overnight shipping on orders submitted before 9am PT Monday through Thursday arrive the next day. 

International Shipping: We ship worldwide, and delivery times depend on your location. Please expect your shipment to arrive in approximately 10 business days, not including customs clearance times. For international shipments, products may be taxed by customs duty in the country of destination. These fees are non-refundable.

 

Returns Policy

All face masks items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Since our masks are personal protection products, we are unable to accept returns of any kind unless it's a manufacturer's defect. Please refer to the sizing guide to ensure you are ordering the correct size mask. We will not accept returns if the wrong size mask is ordered. We will not accept mask items returned to us.
